Description of the St George vacation condo rental

Near the intersection of Freeway I-15 at exit 16 and State Route 9 (SR9). Exit to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Sand Hollow Reservoir and Hurricane City. First oportunity off-ramp on right. Go back under the highway then near the Texaco gas station. (The location on this site map is incorrect)

Our luxury 3 bedroom condos are 1923 square feet with huge patios with an outdoor gas fireplace. Our 2 & 3 bedroom units include rock fireplaces with built-in entertainment units-TV/DVD, fully stocked gourmet kitchens (no food items), free WIFI, 10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, travertine floors and travertine tile throughout the baths and showers, walk-in closets, full size washer/dryer and spacious whirlpool tub with a separate walk-in shower in master suite.

2 underground parking spots are provided for your unit to keep your vehicles out of the elements and cool in our hot summer months. There is extra parking provided for your guests on the outside of the buildings. Guest have access to our outdoor and indoor pool, hot tubs and fitness center. Our tennis court and 1/2 basketball court are also here for your enjoyment. (equipment not supplied) The clubhouse also has a large lounge, with large flat screen TV, DVD player, and tables.

Beautiful Luxury Resort in the Heart of Southern Utah...located 30 minutes from Zion National Park, 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park, 10 minutes from downtown St. George.
Area Information
This condo is very conveniently located right in the middle of everything we like to do. The pools, spa, tennis court and rec center provide something for everyone in the family. Coral Canyon Golf course is right across the street. You can be launching your boat at Sand Hollow or Quail Creek reservoir in 15 minutes or riding the UTVs in the sand. Zion National Park is just 40 minutes away and its only an hour further to Bryce Canyon National Park. Downtown St. George is just 10 minutes away.

Q: What does the resort have for us to do?
A: There are two swimming pools, each have a spa. The outdoor pool is heated many of the cool months. The indoor pool and always heated. The community lounge room is spacious and inviting within the clubhouse. It has a large sectional sofa for you to relax to either watch a DVD on the large screen TV or just relax and watch the fire in the large rocked fireplace. Or you might want to just watch your family swimming in the outdoor pool through the wall of windows. If you decide to get away from the condo the clubhouse has free Wifi..bring your own devices. Or you can bring a board game or puzzle and use the tables. A age restricted fitness center is available for all our guests. The clubhouse has restrooms and showers convenient for use for our guests. The basketball court is about a half court with one hoop but plenty of room to play. The tennis court is full size. Bring your own equipment. Facilities hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No keys or key fobs are needed.
Q: Are pets or smoking allowed?
A: No. Pets are not allowed. Our properties are privately owned, not a commercial property. Therefore, no animals are allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the resort property but you can go far from the buildings to smoke. There is lots of open space nearby.
Q: Can I see or do everything the area has to offer in one or two days?
A: Most likely not. There is so many things in the area to see and participate in. There are many national and state parks that people from all over the world come to see. Examples would be the Grand Canyon, Zion National, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Cedar Breaks, Snow Canyon, and many others. Most of these can be a one day activity or choose several days. Zion is only 30 miles away.

The famous Tuachan outdoor theater, nestled in the red rocks of Ivins, is a only 25 minute or less drive. There are also other live intertainment at the Dixie State University live Theaters. Of course, there a several movie theaters close by too.

If you like walking, jogging, biking, hikingthen this is the place. There are miles and miles of off road, paved and non paved trails. Or if you prefer motorized off roadtoo many places to mention for that too.

Q: Can I rent off road vehicles, bikes, or watercraft?
A: Bicycles can be rented from local retailers. There is no where for us to "store" your personal bikes.

We also rent UTV's, side by sides, and watercraft. ISSU--Ideal Sports of Southern Utah.
Q: Is there a refund or discount if a scorpion, cockroach, spider, lizard, etc., is found inside the unit?
A: No. This is the Southern Utah Desert. The properties are sprayed on a regular basis so it is rare to see one of these indoors.
Q: How do I check in or check out?
A: There is no on site check in. It is self check. However the hours have to be adhered to.
Check in is 4:00 PM. Check is 11;00 AM.
The onsite resort manager does not help in this. If you have concerns or questions please contact us. The condo has a key pad. You will receive a door code.
Q: Do you rent or supply sports or pool equipment?
A: No. You bring your own equipment The sports courts are to be shared and are not reserve-able. The pools have chairs and chaise lounge. Bring your own pool towels. There are showers in the restrooms if you desire to use them.
Q: Do I need to bring something of my own?
A: You will need to bring your own pool towels and sports equipment. We give you a starter of paper towels and laundry soap. Dishwasher soap is provided. We do not provide any food. If you have not rented a condo or home previously it is helpful to bring items such as baggies, foil, spices, butter, or items you love to have that is possibly not provided.
Q: What is the payment policy?
A: There is a 50% of the room rate charge due at the time the reservation is approved if made more than 30 days from the arrival date. Balances on all reservations are due and payable 30 days prior to the arrival date at which time your credit will be charged. All charges are due and payable when the reservation is made if the reservation is made less than 30 days from the arrival date. The reservation is subject to cancellation if the credit card is not valid unless other agreements are made with the management. The credit card provided serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, any damages, or if the unit is left excessively dirty. We accept credit cards (not debit).
Q: What are the cancellation or changes policy?
A: Changes are accepted up to 30 days prior to the arrival date with no charges depending. Cancellation is subject to a $25 processing charge 30 days prior to the arrival date. There is NO REFUND for a cancellation made in less than 30 days from the arrival date. Changes less than 30 days are subject to $25 charge depending on the change and the availability if an extension to the stay is wanted. We always try to accommodate this request. To make a cancellation or change please know the name the reservation was made under, the arrival date, and reservation transaction number. An email will be sent to serve as proof of the cancellation or change.
Q: What are all the charges and fees?
A: There is a nightly rate. We often offer weekly rates or longer stay discounts. Other fees are: cleaning fee of $95 for cleaning after you depart., 11.5% tax, and a refundable within 7 days damage deposit of $200. On occasion a guest stays for over 30 days. There is NO tax for a stay over 30 days. It's not considered a short term transient stay.
Q: Is there parking for my trailer or RV?
A: There are areas beyond the buildings for trailers, RV's and other large or tall vehicles. No security guards or fences.
