This property was the owner's family homestead for two generations. Built of adobe and expanded over time, the property boasts awesome architectural, wood work and stained glass details. There even is a 'truth' window where you can see the adobe for yourself.

Within walking distance are numerous restaurants, bars, galleries, museums, and on weekends farmer's markets. The modern streetcar (light rail system) will take you to the 4th Avenue/University of Arizona.

Come enjoy for yourself, then you can say you've experienced the 'dry heat!'

This house is beautiful. It has an amazing location in the heart of down town Tucson. The hot tub is very nice. And Evelyn went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would enthusiastically recommend this place.

My family had a very nice stay at your home. The home is beautifully taken care of and very comfortable. It is in a convenient location for downtown and had everything we needed to enjoy our family gathering. Evelyn was responsive and easy to communicate with. The yard and jacuzzi were an added bonus. Several family members commented on how much the enjoyed your home and would like to return. We have stayed in other cities and here in Tucson and haven't always felt that way. Thank you for providing this home opportunity for those of us who love Tucson!
