New to the rental program, this is a beautiful condo nicely detailed.
The Racquet Club condos are are small but the space in the condo is used very nicely. A built-in vanity off the bedroom provides great storage space. The new king bed is very comfortable. You will sleep well and is made with nice quality linens to ensure your sleeping comfort.
An eating bar is built in for added kitchen space is wonderful. This condo provides great kitchen storage for snowbirds. The kitchen is well equipped with all the convenience appliances you would expect. You have a generous supply of cookware and dinnerware.
The condo is an excellent choice for a couple looking for a getaway. There is plenty of storage for anything you want to bring.
You have a wonderful view from the deck. You're located on the northeast side of the building and this is the first condo on the north end. You'll enjoy watching the folks at the pool, but also the water and entertainment it provides. You will really enjoy your meals on the deck.
Seaduced is one of the prettiest units in the complex. It's well maintained in every way.
This condo has secured WIFI in the unit.
You are only feet away from "your" feet in the sand. We are located in a residential neighborhood with limited public access to our beach. You will enjoy a less crowded beach.
Please notice the photos of the complex area and the beach surrounding the Racquet Club. You have, what is almost, a private beach because of limited public access. To the east and west, our beach is lined with homes of Tybee residents.
For those who enjoy historical sites, Ft. Pulaski, Ft. Screven and the Tybee Lighthouse are "must sees". A day trip to Savannah is also a must. Downtown Savannah, River Street and City Market are only a 20 minute 'easy' drive from Tybee.
We have wonderful restaurants and various activities on the Island. Music and art festivals are scheduled during the summer months.
Please look at the various photo galleries on our FB page at Tybee North Beach Condos Ft Pulaski is particularly interesting and the best value around. $10 will get you over the bridge with a free pass for a full week.

Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Tybee Island, Georgia
It was okay
August 11, 2014
There wasn't anything wrong with this condo really, however, I was a little underwhelmed. When I read the listing, I saw the comment abut not being "beachfront" - however I assumed this was because the condo wasn't on the front side of the unit. It also describes "our beach". I feel that this is a little misleading, this unit sets on the bank of the Savannah River. The river does meet the Atlantic Ocean about 1/2+ mile down the bank from this unit. The condition of the inside of the condo was okay, the couch was not really usable when pulled out to the bed, the support appeared to have given out at the top (where you lay your head) so you slept at a elevated angle. The master (king size) bed is wonderful, very comfortable, although a little to big for the space. The pool was a nice thought but there were way too many chemicals added the water, it was like milk. If you dropped something, i.e. sunglasses, you could kiss them goodbye! There was no way to see them. I assumed with the "no hanging towels, etc" from the deck there would be a dryer in the unit. Totally my fault, I should have paid better attention to the fact that a washer & dryer were not on the list of amenities, they did offer a coin operated laundry room on the floor, which was nice but I didn't really pack a roll of quarters for the trip. The dolphins were the best part of our stay! There were several that swam really close to the bank. So very pretty to watch them playing and feeding in the river. All in all, I cannot say that our experience at Seaduced was bad, it was just okay.

30th Anniversary getaway...
July 1, 2014
This was our first time on Tybee Island. We stayed a week at this property and we didn't want to leave. It is just like the pictures, very nice. The kitchen had everything that you needed except the food and the bed was very comfortable. The air would freeze you out of there, which was nice after being on the beach all day.The property over looks the pool and you can also see the beach. It had a nice deck that you could have your morning coffee on or people watch, which was fun sometimes, It has plenty of room for a couple or a small family. It has lots of storage. I hope I didn't leave anything there, it had cabinets everywhere. They definitely used all the space for storage that they could...lol. The make-up counter and mirror was a useful addition. Patti was very helpful with places to go and restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing was when I called Patti to ask if we could stay another day she said the property was booked for months. Guess that was not her fault..... lol. But I can see why. It's in a great location, good fishing and the property manager is very great to work with, We will definitely stay there again!!!!
Thank you Kathy for such a thorough review. It is so helpful to people shopping around for a vacation home to hear from guests, like you and Mike, who can assure them 'what they see in the ad is what they get on arrival'. I have to thank Mike for standing in the pouring rain letting everyone in the gate. Seaduced is definitely one of the prettiest condos in the complex. AND .. I agree ...beachfronts are nearly as much fun as Seaduced while sitting on the deck. People are interesting !
Great long weekend getaway
June 16, 2014
The condo was perfect for a couple on a long weekend getaway. It was surprisingly quiet being a corner unit on the first floor with the walkway to the pool outside the balcony. The decor was very pretty and beachy. The sunset views from the boardwalk was amazing. It was our first trip to Tybee and Savannah and we plan to return to both.

As soon as we opened the door to 115A, we knew we were going to have a great time. The condo was very clean, nice and decorated well. The pool and beach area were clean and quiet. So glad we came to Tybee Island, and will be back as soon as possible.

Check in was difficult, among other things.

We booked, payed and were told a lady named Patty would be in touch to work out the details of getting there and checking in. We never received an email although we emailed a couple of times asking about the check-in process nor was there a phone number provided, so we just drove down to the place. Once we got there, we must have looked confused because a lady asked if we were looking to check in and directed us to an office down on 80. We got to there at 5:02 and were told that the office we were at doesn't handle that complex and the office we should have gone to closed at 5. Luckily, after 30 mins of freaking out on my end, the nice lady was able to get an emergency number for Patty. You would think that after a couple of emails, Patty would have realized that we weren't getting the info and called us (our number was at the end of the email to the owner). But no, that didn't happen. You would also think that the owner would have given us Patty's number. But no, that didn't happen either. So THAT was how our vaca started - super stressed at the possibility that we wouldn't even get to the condo... On the morning of check out, a man knocked on the door at 10:02 (check out is at 10) and bluntly said, "Are you leaving today?" "Yes." "Check out is at 10 and you're late." GEE THANKS MR PERSONALITY. And THAT was how our vaca ended. In between, I noticed three light bulbs were out and no spares. (I happen to hate overhead lights) Also, not sure if the ppl on the floor above were visitors, but they walked very loudly and woke me up several times. A better check-in process would be nice. Phone numbers are needed. The maintenance folks should leave some extra bulbs around. The cleaning ppl need to chill out about the check out time being 9:59.

This was our first time staying in Seaduced and we were extremely happy with this condo!! We walked in and our mouths fell open at the lovely way it was decorated, the cleanliness, and the view of the pool and the ocean beyond. Our every need was met and then some. I personally loved the nice sit-down vanity area in the bedroom and the full kitchen area. We could not have been more pleased. I cannot say enough good about this condo. We will be requesting this one again and again!! Patti is also great at finding just the right place for your needs. She is awesome!!
Thank you Audrey,
You have certainly stayed in a variety of condos at the Racquet Club so you know your way around.
I'm very happy that you enjoyed Seaduced. It is really is very pretty. So many people want the 'beachfront' view and really miss a lot by not having a northeast view. The pool is very entertaining, at times, and the waterview from the north side locations is quite pretty.
Thank you so much. Ask for Labor Day 'early' please.
Why bother having rules if they're not enforced?

Not very clean – we rewashed most of the dishes and bath towels before using them. The towels smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dog! We killed several huge cockroaches! I know they are common at the beach but they need a bug service being on the ground floor. The condo over-all was nice though quite small. The bed linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the noise at the complex made it hard to get any sleep. A bunch of very loud couples stayed out partying by the pool until 3am and let their kids run all around the halls. Also, all of the rules listed were broken by most of the people staying there; ie; towels over railings, kids beach toys in font of the doors and all over the walkways, and did I mention the NOISE! Defiantly not worth $200 + a night!

This cozy condo was just right! This was our second stay here! It has everything we need, especially the view! Only a few steps and you are there! It was very clean! The bed slept nicely and the built-in dresser areas are very convenient. We will definitely stay again! Tybee's North Beach is quiet and great for a romantic walk on the beach. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We found it to be comfortable and very clean, during our stay. Its very quiet and the view of the river was very nice. Just a little too cold and windy to enjoy the beach, spent a lot of time in Savannah enjoying the sites and the food. Will come back sometime. Bob and Mary
