Located in the Pacific Monarch Hotel, just a short walk to Waikiki Beach,this Ocean View Condo is located on the 27th.floor with a Spectacular spanning view from Diamond Head to all of Waikiki.Roof top Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.Recreation room and Meeting facilities.Internet and WiFi included Plasma Screen TVs and DVD Players.Kitchen well equipped. Community laundry on 4th floor.
Pacific Monarch: This condominium complex is located in Central Waikiki at 2427 Kuhio Ave. The cross street is Uluniu. The central location allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, stores & tourist shops.
Amenities: The unit sleeps 8 maximum. Each bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. The sofa has a pullout double bed. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower/bath. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes. There is Cable TV, a VCR/DVD and stereo system. Telephones are not provided.
Internet: High Speed Cable Internet access is FREE
No Smoking: This is a nonsmoking condo and building.
Lanai: There is a spacious open lanai in 2703 with great ocean and city views. The lanai has a table, 2 chairs. I have a real lanai that you can go out on and enjoy. Most other lanai's in Waikiki are too small to actually go out and use.
Pool/Hot Tub: On the roof of the building is a heated pool and hot tub. There are magnificent views of Waikiki from the pool deck. At night the spa is a great place to relax and enjoy the night sky. The floor below has a sauna, showers, restrooms and party room with ice machine.
These two condos are rented as a 2-Bedroom only.
Condos are not wheel chair accessible.
Rent $280 per night for 2 BDRM High Season Pricing for January and February 2015 is $295 per night.

Parking: Parking is available for $25 per day. A ticket machine at the garage entrance accepts bills from $1 to $20. it also accepts credit cards, however the machine does not give change. The parking garage is located on floors 2 to 5 of the Pacific Monarch building.
Laundry: A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 3rd floor.
Bus: Bus transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the Pacific Monarch. Buses come by every few minutes and can take you to most major places on Oahu. The bus is particularly convenient for transportation to the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Conveniences: Adjacent to or across the street from the Pacific Monarch are 3 convenience stores and 3 restaurants. There is a popular barbecue restaurant, steak house and café. The Hyatt Regency is next door with its high-end restaurants. Fast food restaurants are right around the corner. The International Market Place is just a few blocks away and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is in walking distance. Kapiolani Park is located at the end of Waikiki with its many attractions including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, tennis courts and sports fields. A travel desk is located in the lobby for tours and local attractions.
Beach: Waikiki beach is a “very short” walk. Just walk past the Hyatt Regency and you’re there!.Enjoy an evening stroll on Kapiolani Blvd and you are home within minutes.

Great location at a reasonable price

Rented both condos for a family of four with two teenagers. Location was great, condos were very clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Great place to stay with fabulous views of Waikiki beach .

Pros: Great location, Great view, nice little kitchen, well furnished. Cons: Carpet has dirt spots, bedroom a little cramped. deck on east unit very small.

This building was excellent. Great location only being 5 min walk from beach, zoo, shops and restaurants. Free parking and WIFI. The unit was spacious and clean. The building has a pool, jacuzzi, bbq's, washer and dryers.

Breath taking veiw

We stayed at the Pacific Monarch 27th floor and had wonderful views all around the whole area. At night the city scape was incredible the lights and sounds made for a fun time. The height gives you great panoramic scenery of the ocean and beach, mountains behind and city all around. A grocery store only 2 blocks away allowed us to cook some fine meals in the condo as well enjoy the fine dinning in the area. The kitchen was a little small the carpet needed some deep cleaning, but the roof top pool and awesome sights made up for the minor improvements we desired. The location of the condo is ideal for going to the beach, fine dinning and the international market place, also just a block away from a farmers market on Fridays. The sun shines through the huge windows and gives you the sense your outdoors even when your sitting inside enjoying a drink and friends. We had a great time !!

We were pleasantly surprised with this two bedroom condo in Waikiki. The 27th floor view is amazing and the proximity to the beach and the Waikiki action is great! We would definitely recommend this property to Waikiki visitors.

We loved it!!! Great location, wonderful view of the beach and Diamond Head. All the comforts of home (without the snow). Couldn't have been more pleased. I have been to Oahu 5 other times and always stayed in a hotel but just found my new place to stay.

Having a group of 6, there was plenty of room for all of us. The view was amazing as this is a full end unit overlooking Waikiki Beach. A short block to the beach and all the shopping and night life. Jeanne, the Realtor that handles the condo was very helpful and was even able to provide us with parking, although that is not always part of the deal. The pool is not very special so we never used it. I would definately stay again and recommed to a friend.
