Our cottage, named "Sylvia", is a cozy and inviting place to spend your NH vacation. Enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and GORGEOUS views, right outside the door. At night, join in on the bonfire with the neighbors and fellow renters and gaze at the stars.

The cottage has a double bed in the bedroom, the couch in the living room folds out to a double bed, there are two twin beds up in the sleeping loft as well as a queen size futon mattress in the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped (there is a small table that seats two, we recommend sitting there for your morning coffee, you can't beat the view!), cable television, a VCR and many board & card games. There is a picnic table, adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill for your use.

Great vacation at a beautiful setting!

September 1, 2014

We stayed at the cottage "Sylvia" on Mirror Lake in Whitefield, NH for a fantastic week. The cottage was a perfect size for our family and had every thing you could possibly need. The views from the cottage, from the lawn and the dock were incredible. We fished everyday from a canoe they provided plus we brought out own small boat we used. Proximity to Santa's Village, Storyland and other attractions was very convenient. All in all a extremely clean and homey place to spend a great week. Hope to definitely stay there again.

Best vacation ever!

My family loved this place! The cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable. Kids loved the loft. We enjoyed the breathe taking views, sitting by the campfire with the neighbors, swimming and canoeing. We don't want to vacation anywhere else. Thanks so much!

Mirror Lake, Whitefield NH 4Star Review

June 19, 2012

My family and I had the honor of staying in the cottage on Mirror lake in Whtiefield, NH for approximately a week. Awesome experience! Great neighbors and property owners. The grounds were very well maintained, and pretty. The cottage was completely "move in" ready, and the property owners spared no details to include bug spray for the skeeter attack. Saw beaver, Bear, and heard a lady moose. I had some great one on one time teaching my daughter how to fish, and we caught lots of large mouth bass (next time, Ill try for trout). Swimming was wonderful, not too cold, canoe was also provided, and I used it daily. We had a cheap vacation courtesy of someone that really understands why one comes to an area such as this from so far away. I only hope to have an opportunity to get back to this lovely spot. Thanks for taking care of me and my family so nicely!

Little Mountain Paradise

This little cottage is perfect for our needs. This is the second time we've stayed (for 2 weeks) and we still love it. The view is awesome, swimming is great, and the accomodations are comfortable for us (two seniors). It's near our favorite haunts (movies, concerts, restaurants, theater, scenic drives) and our relatives in Bethlehem. The other cottage people were so friendly, too. Hope it will be available to rent next year.

My husband and I stayed there with our 2 daughters. The cottage was very clean and the woodwork was beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. The view was breathtaking. We look forward to staying there again.

Silvia is a lovely cottage, in a perfect spot. It is very clean and well equipted (except I was'nt able to find any washcloths0. The view of Mirror Lake is inspiring. We enjoyed the Santa Claus Parade and shopping in Littleton. The close proximity of Lancaster, Bethleham, Bretton Woods and The Mt Washington was great, even North Conway was'nt that far away. On the green in Whitefield we visited Santa's Workshop and had our hair done in a lovely little shop by the owner, Herby-Jo. Two small problems; 1)The bathroom door would not close due to the raised threshold. 2)the big thirsty towels were brand new and had not been washed, therefore leaving dye and lint on the user. (I seemed to be the only one in our party to be bothered by this so maybe it was'nt such a big deal after all). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay in the cabin again.
