Reviews for this vacation cabin rental in Woodstock, New York
Beautiful winter stay
January 4, 2013
My wife and I stayed here for three wintry nights and had a wonderful time. The location is great with downtown Woodstock and hiking trails each less than a 5 minute drive away. The cabin itself is uniquely furnished and was very comfortable for two. The suggestions for restaurants and other activities in the area given by the owners were great and very useful for people new to the area. One word of warning is that there is only a stovetop and a microwave convection oven available for cooking so be aware if you do any grocery shopping (I've always had bad luck with convection cooking). Other than that, a great place for a short getaway.
Thank you Nathan. It was wonderful to have you stay with us over the Christmas holidays. I hope your dishes came out well in the convection oven! It should provide you with perfect temperature control. There is also an electric BBQ on the back porch. We would love to have you back on your next trip to Woodstock. Happy New Year and we wish you a wonderful and prosperous 2013!
