In the restaurant world, one bad online review isn’t worth sweating over. Now 10? That could be a dealbreaker.
For vacation homes, the formula works the same, but rather than focus on the negative (a waste of your and our time), we pulled one listing from our Florida vacation rentals that consistently earned high marks from prior renters: a five-bedroom Lake Buena Vista vacation rental.
The property, a luxury villa within the shadow of the Disney World backlot, is so close to the theme park that guests can see fireworks from the backyard at night.
Pretty remarkable considering just how many vacation rentals compete for bookings in the Disney Area.
And now, let the words speak for themselves …
“the house was perfect. the beds were sooo comfortable. and already having the toys there for the kids was great, because i forgot to pack them …” – m.r. (Halifax, Nova Scotia)
“The house was large and spacious, plenty of rooms for everyone in our party. The beds were comfortable and clean. A great deal for anyone headed to the Orlando Park area.” – Joe (Naples, Fla.)
“It was everything I thought it would be. What you see on the website is exactly what you get.” – C Mercer (Georgia)
“Great pool and lots going on in the lanai area. Owner was great to work with and I got a quick refund of my security deposit. Villa is in a nice neighborhood. Fireworks over the small pond were great to watch. Would highly recommend.” – Tom (Massachusetts)
And finally, another plus that will surely earn rave reviews: The house is just $599 a week for a limited time. Email the owner for details.
