  1. I’m a runner and I ran Miami in January. I stayed in a hotel right on South Beach and it was horrible. It was so load and I was awake until 2am the night before the race. I wish I would have gotten a vacation rental.

    I would also advise that if possible, your rental is close to the starting line. It would be best if you could walk to the starting line since traffic is sometimes cumbersome race morning.
