New Years Vacations in Utah Vacation Rentals

3 Flares 3 Flares ×

You survived the Black Friday madness and picked yourself up a few doorbusters along the way.

Booyah.

Next on your agenda: strategizing New Year’s Eve.

In past years, maybe the holiday passed you by. Sitting at home with Chinese, a Snuggie and your favorite robe was more appealing than donning a sequin dress and sipping Korbel from a plastic flute. Understandable, but folks, it’s time to rescue the last day of 2010 before it even begins so that at least you can say you were more than just a couch potato.

You can still snuggle indoors–no cocktail dress required–by ringing in 2011 in Utah vacation rentals.

Park City people.

The home of Sundance, incredible skiing, chalets, condominiums and luxury lodges.

Book the featured vacation home now while it’s available for NYE. The three-bedroom penthouse condo–which is 20 percent off for the rest of the year–is as majestic on the inside as the outside thanks to all the natural touches, including antler chandeliers, stone-surround fireplaces and wood-paneled walls. Travertine floors send the master bath into spa territory, and an outdoor hot tub that overlooks the mountains and city beckons following a rigorous day on the slopes.

Film buffs, if indie pictures and celebrity sightings are on your wish list, know that the home is 30 yards away from the Sundance theater. So if you happen to Robert Redford on your way to the box office, you can innocently invite him back to “your place” for a round of pool.

One can dream …

About Valerie

Valerie Moloney is your resident blogger and the Expansion Markets Editor for Citysearch.com, who oddly enough, feels panicked when asked, "What's the best place to eat in Chicago?" or her favorite, "It's my birthday. Where should we go with a party of six?" No stranger to travel--and traveling with kids--she is a young mom who ODs on the Internet when it comes to planning family trips or buying clothes. Here's hoping she finds you the vacation you deserve.
