WHY I NEED A VACATION!
I need a break from the crazy right now! Between graduating college planning a wedding and planning to move all within 2 months things are really starting to get kinda crazy around here. I would love to take my family and I (and my to be family) all on a getaway before my fiance and I move 2000 miles away from everything that we have ever know.. to continue on to graduate school.
I need a vacation, I have been going to school full-time for 2 years, working full-time and doing my husband and father duties. So summer is coming and the whole family, from my wife, kids, and myself are needing a nice relaxing vacation in one of your many vacation spots and homes. hopefully you pick us. Hi, I hope I’m not too late in entering seeing as today is the last day. I would love to have a vacation with my family. We normally only vacation with extended family (which don’t get me wrong) is very nice and makes it affordable but I would love to have just a vacation with my husband and 4 children (ages 3 months to 5 years). It would be a nice break for us as my husband works full time and is studying in seminary part-time. It would be great to have some time together as a family. Thanks for your consideration!

However, my husband often talks of times when he was a child that his family went on vacations and how much those memories mean to him. Probably too late but just got back on line after an awful merry-go-round of Drs.-hospitals and Nursing homes as both elderly parents went down at the same time. Just when we got a breather,my health took a tumble and I have been bedridden for three weeks. Just getting my sea legs back. A vacation? Yeah, our family would love it!

My husband and I both travel a lot for work, often feels like we are ships passing in the night. While our 9 year old is accustomed to our schedules, we are definitely in need of a vacation out of Texas to focus on quality time!
I would love to win the vacation home for a week to spend with my children; their spouses; and grandchildren!! It has been a hectic year – daughter’s wedding; they moved away 4 days after their wedding; I’ve had cancer and treatment; daughter is pregnant and having complications; and now her husband is set to deploy in October just 11 days before their first child is born. It would be great to have us together for a week to create memories for all.

its not just for me but it would be for my Mother she deserve a little time away from home she has been through two knee replacements and has taken care of and supported many family member she always there for everyone an has giving up doing for herself an help others to make sure there was food on the table a ride to work or doctor appts clothes on their backs a place to sleep etc she is the rock that Holds this family together I have done some nice things for here but money is tight an a little vacation for her even down to the beach where she can see the ocean is what she enjoys close to home would be nice

for the last ten years i have been caring for my dad, with the last three with him and my mom living with me. my dad passed away april 19, 2012–breaking my heart as well as my mothers (married 58 years). i am a nurse at the veterans administration. so i nursed all day, and then all night. i am tired, and i really need a vacation. i also babysit my grandchildren three days or more a week. ages two and 8 mos.–so i am really tired
Your vacation home looks like a familiar vacation we used to take when we were younger. We used to have a cottage near Gravenhurst, north of Toronto, Ontario Canada. We would be gone most weekends from May to October. However, after my father left my mother, she had to sell it. That was about 22 years ago. It would be nice to vacation on a lake again.

Let me tell you! I need a vacation! I am a 27 year old mommy of 3! I have an awesome 1st grader, who I couldn’t be more proud of, a 22 month old little girl, and a 7 month old little guy! I deserve this vacation because I am a hard working mother and a first year teacher! I took on a 2nd grade teaching position in an urban charter school and have spent MANY, MANY hours working! It has been by far the most difficult challenge balancing a full-time teaching job and 3 children. I wouldn’t change any of it for the world- but a vacation would sure be AMAZING!
