OK, so I’m a little biased.
I spent my early 20s rolling around Tampa Bay, particularly Pass-A-Grille, where I sipped frozen daquiris on the roof of The Hurricane overlooking the Gulf. From up there, the purple-pink sunsets looked even more glorious than how I imagined them to be.
If you’re grown up like me (read: 30s) and used to certain amenities associated with a real job – granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. not a single IKEA couch in sight – then this 2,100-square-foot condo will be your haven. It’s three bedrooms, with sexy leather club chairs, sofa, dark wood coffee tables and flatscreen for catching Robin Meade before your morning strollon the beach. (Because that’s the only time the TV will be on, right? When you’re making your coffee.)
What I especially heart about this space: the chef’s kitchen for entertaining and saving a little dinero on those nights you want your AmEx to take a breather. And check out those views. Wow. Water everywhere.
If the kids are coming, take them up to Disney World in just an hour, but make this condo your home base. Maybe it’s the old Floridian in me, but I’m always drawn to the beach.
Text me from the balcony and tell me about the view.
