VacationHomeRentals.com and its owners, employees or contract workers are not responsible for the accuracy or content of the information provided throughout this website.

Our site is a service for owners/agents to list vacation rentals for rent and for buyers to rent these accommodations. We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our site. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of owners to rent the accommodations or the renters to rent accommodations. We cannot ensure that an owner or renter will complete the transaction.

Our service operates such that the owners/agents may update their listing information online at any time. We expect our owners to provide truthful and accurate information, but cannot ensure this, or control the behavior of owners/agents listing on our site. By use of this site, you agree to accept these risks.

Owners and their agents are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners and agents providing text and photos assert they own or have been granted license to use the text and photos on this site. VacationHomeRentals.com is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter obtained by the use of this site.

None of the information contained in any page on this site is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party.

You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by vacation property owners or agents. You assume all liability for use of any information you find in any page on this site. VacationHomeRentals.com assumes no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here.

Renters are aware that each property sets its own refund/cancellation policies and fees. We strongly recommend that renters require a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the owner/agent. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance at your own expense. We are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

VacationHomeRentals.com is not a licensed real estate broker in any state and is not acting as the property management agent for any property owner.

Renters. To ensure the integrity of the VacationHomeRentals.com website, we would greatly appreciate any feedback you might like to provide us regarding your positive or negative experience with our vacation rental listings. You may send feedback via our contact form.

Vacation rental listings with VacationHomeRentals.com can be canceled at anytime. Upon the day of notification, VacationHomeRentals.com service will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification. No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for cancellation by owner.

VacationHomeRentals.com memberships are transferable upon the date of transfer of vacation rental (i.e. sold or transferred to a new owner). As such, if you transfer your vacation rental, supply us with the new vacation rental owner's name and address, as well as billing information. We will contact the new vacation rental owner and continue service upon their approval. There is a $25.00 transfer fee. If you wish to cancel your service due to a sale or transfer, the cancellation policy above will apply.

VacationHomeRentals.com reserves the right to delist any vacation rental at its discretion and cancel service without notification. Vacation Rental Owners and Agents are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies*. Listings which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of VacationHomeRentals.com staff. No refund will be issued for cancelled listings.

VacationHomeRentals.com reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertisers' pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

These policies are established in order to order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the advertisement of vacation rentals and in order to maintain a "family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

There are specific locations for the inclusion of web addresses (also referred to as “Links” or URLs) and e-mail addresses in the VacationHomeRentals.com listings. All web addresses or links must be approved and must reside only within the authorized "External Link" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email addresses or phone numbers are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice.

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Vacation rental listings may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. Such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

VacationHomeRentals.com reserves the right to alter, exclude, reject part or in whole, any information in the vacation rental listing supplied by vacation rental owners. After submitting information to VacationHomeRentals.com it becomes the copyrighted property of VacationHomeRentals.com and unauthorized copying or use of such information is prohibited by Federal law and is subject to criminal prosecution.

VacationHomeRentals.com will collect personal information necessary to conduct its services. VacationHomeRentals.com will not share personal information with third parties. However, VacationHomeRentals.com may use personal information obtained from its services to offer more services (affiliate owned websites) and or promote such services to its current customers (including both renters and owners).

VacationHomeRentals.com does not condone spamming and will not participate in spamming. VacationHomeRentals.com reserves the right to cancel services to those who violate this policy by engaging in Unsolicited Commercial Emails via VacationHomeRentals.com site or by using its information. Additionally, unauthorized use of information used by third parties will be subject to copyright law violations and will be subject to criminal prosecution.

It is the goal of VacationHomeRentals.com to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Vacation Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by VacationHomeRentals.com prior to delivery to VacationHomeRentals.com vacation rental owners. Inquiries may be read by VacationHomeRentals.com staff members. Despite VacationHomeRentals.com filtering efforts, it is possible that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and VacationHomeRentals.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. VacationHomeRentals.com, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address of VacationHomeRentals.com advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.

VacationHomeRentals.com reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted to VacationHomeRentals.com, it becomes the property of VacationHomeRentals.com and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the VacationHomeRentals.com web site without written permission.

VacationHomeRentals.com reserves the right to make changes to this site at any time and without notice.
