I am a Real estate investor and own houses in New York, Florida and Michigan.
I started my real estate investments in 2003 in Florida, some short term rentals and mostly long term investment houses.I Finished Odessa Civil Engineering Academy and have Masters in Civil Engineering. I am an honest businessman and happily married with 2 boys.
I take pride in my guests and tenant satisfaction. I earned that special respect from my tenants as I always take care of them within 24 hours. Because of my special relations with my short term rental guests, I have developed a 40% repeat clientele for my vacation home rental.
