Derek is a former ICU nurse, and Jennifer is a former science teacher from Missouri. We have three young daughters (ages 14/11/5). We now have our own business dealing with international/high risk insurance and this is our first time owning a home in Florida. We are always attracted to the water (we have two other rentals on Tablerock Lake in Branson) and every time we went to Floridawe always said we wanted to have a home to retire to someday! We love to travel whenever we can and enjoy boating and sightseeing. This home is a labor of love for us, it is 100 years old (in 2014) and will probably be a continual do-it-yourself project for us in the future!
