My wife and i are both retired now
We have had our vacation property in Loma Vista, Davenport, Florida since 2004 and love to spend as much time as we can at the villa...at least twice a year
We like nothing better than pottering around the home and the area which is great for shopping at Posner Park and Championsgate with the Omni Golf and Leisure Centre a predominant fixture
The villa's location, which was one of the main reasons we chose Loma Vista as our second home was the very easy access to all the local attractions as the Disney gates are only a 10 minute drive with easy access from Interstate 4
There is nothing better than "coming home" after a day at the parks to relax in the peaceful atmosphere that the villa and area exhibits
Also the numerous restuarants at hand at Championsgate,US192 and US27 was another major factor along with the floodlit tennis courts that are an estate fixture
