Hi, my name is Pietro, I'm 47 years old living in Palermo, a sunny city of Art in the beatiful island of Sicily (Italy). My wife Simona and I have bought a little but cozy and spacious loft that we rent to people looking for a welcoming apartment for holidays or business in any period of the year. We take pride to fournish tastefully our loft; it has hardwood floors both in the living area and bedroom loft above, ceiling vaulted with traditional log beams and wood decking, a well equipped and modern kitchen, with also a clothes washer, and comfortable furniture like the wardrobe closets and built in drawers just off the bath.
