I am a military retiree. Also, I am a real estate broker in Georgia. my wife and I have a 2nd home, which is the Villa next door to the Villa that I rent out. I am very particular who I rent to. I prefer non smokers without pets.
Everyone I have rented to has given me a 5 star rating and tell other who also rent from me. One couple has rented for two months for four years in a row.
I like to meet my renters and show them around and introduce them to the area. I want them to have a good vacation.
