Hello! I've been renting my condo to vacationers at SPI since with great success. I live in a house nearby so I can take wondeful care of the condo and welcome all guests to it. South Padre has an amazing beach for kids and adults with clean, smooth sand that is raked of debris several times a week. They say it has the best sand anywhere for building strong sand castles!
