My wife and I were lucky to acquire this unit. This unit was initially reserved for the builder of the "Villas del Mar" apartment complex but became available while we were staying in another unit. We went ahead and acquired it and we just love it. Our son and daughter just love our vacation time on the beach. We always dreamed of having a true beachfront property. It is so close to the ocean you can hear the calming sounds of the waves with all the comforts of your home and then some.
