Hi, I'm David!

Hello!
We are longtime Florida homeowners and home remodelers. This home is one we use our own vacations. It is not a "rental home", but rather an extremely well cared for second residence which we share with people who are wanting a great vacation that is elegant, and yet cozy. We are interested in having visitors who can see the care we have shown in our maintenence and decorating, and who will care for this home as they would their own. Everyone with whom we have had the good fortune to share this vacation home has brought with them good spirits and warm feelings, and has returned to their own homes with the sunny spirit that makes this spot so special.
