We purchased this villa in the summer of 2008 and totally refurbished it. We were looking for something near the Disney-area and this was exactly what we were looking for. Having lived here we exactly knew what we were looking for and in which area. Having all the attractions in the nearby area, Disney is only 10 minutes away, as well as many well-known golfcourses, is what we wanted.
