Hi, we're Dan and Barbara!
Dan and I take pride in our cottage and how Clean it is when you arrive. All our guests leave as friends. We make sure you know were to get the best deals on food and fun. We have even had our guest's show up at venue's that my husband Dan plays music and performs at, he is a local musician in the area and surrounding Pa area. We want you to enjoy your time at the Green Acre Cottage.Our lake front is 100 feet long ,with a 2 man canoe,chairs also on the lake front . Dock is just a short walk from the cottage. !5 mins to Bemus to enjoy ice cream and the local shops. Lunch is reasonable at the Bemus Point Golf Course & Coppola's Pizza. A local Pizzaria that delivers right to the cottage or the lake front. The dock is great for fishing and relaxing.And your own private Campfire ,with 15 logs porvided. & you do not share and can enjoy an evening Campfire.
