Hi, I'm Donald!

My wife and I are both originally from the Branson area. We worked for companies that required us to live in Springfield, Joplin, St. Louis and later in Sarasota, Florida.
We always kept a condo in Branson for a base. It is nice to visit family and friends but also nice to have your own place to call home.
We have owned numerous condos in Pt. Royale. The location of this particular condo is by far the best. It doesn't get better so this will be the last one for us. It'
We moved on to Naples, Fl. and then to Maui, Hi. We kept 2 bedroom condos in both regions and rent them to vacationers just like the one here in Branson.
We now live on the west side of Branson overlooking Table Rock lake.
We enjoy boating on Table Rock.
Branson provides it's residents with an ever changing landscape.
The shows, shopping and even lodging change from year to year.
I enjoy being able to actually talk to and get to know my guests.
We have a lot of returning guests because of the amenities, location and peaceful setting of this condo.
