Hi, I'm Bill!

Hi! I'm Bill and the managing partner of Cotty's Cabin an estate property my mother left her five children. My mother loved this property, it was her little slice of heaven on earth. She would often enjoy long weekends at the cabin with her husband Con just relaxing taking in all the quiet beauty the cabin and property have to offer. They also had many friends and loved to entertain at the cabin, it's expansive wrap-around deck makes entertaining easy.

My mother started renting the Cabin in 2006 to offset taxes and expenses. When she died in 2008 we agreed to keep the property and continue renting to pay for the taxes and expenses. She loved sharing the property with friends and family and I'm sure she would be very happy to know that our quests are enjoying it as much as she did.

Sincerely, Bill Richardson

The cabin was all that was promised. My husband & I enjoyed 8 days of just kicking back, exploring the local sites and the little community of Brinnon. We had a wonderful 1 day family reunion with 18 on the deck for dinner. There were eight extra chairs & managed to set up a table for 12. The best part of the whole trip was sitting on the deck for our morning coffee without the pull of internet or phone. The cell service is on & off but comes in clear once you get up by the community center. everyone offers free internet service. The Halfway House & the Timber House both had excellent & friendly and efficient wait staff. The only down side of the house is the beach access is dangerous. It is very steep and not really for the average person or child. My husband went down once & he and our dog had a difficult time climbing back up. Point Whiney is a easy walk from the house so that is a good alternative and so many other beaches nearby it wasn't too much of a disappointment. We would recommend this to any one t hat wants to just get away from it all.
