A simple eclectic dwelling in a Good Location about 5 minutes by auto to Historic Downtown and the Atlantic Ocean.
If you want a high end resort, look else where
If you like peaceful, colorful, sun, and relaxation, come here.
Come back to a quiet place, without motel fears, in a peaceful neighborhood.

Comment about our Energy Conservation Policy.
1. We want our guests to be comfortable, not too hot or too cold .Comfortable, not wasteful. Each room or designated area has its own a/c so guests can monitor the degree of a/c or heat they need.
2. security deposit is divided between damages/missing items and energy conservation. Usually, $10 per day fis reserved under the energy conservation portion of the security deposit.
3. Negligence is leaving the heat/air on with door or window left open, or leaving all the three (3) a/c units on when you are gone all day.
4. This policy helps serve as a reminder to Conserve Energy which is costly. For those who waste then they should pay more, but for those who don't then we can keep our rates Low. Don't you agree?
5. Since we implemented this policy 90% are abiding, because they are more aware.

summary, I love meeting all the great people that stay at the Decks House. Children, adults, retirees, workers, ... many interesting people. Life is short, you may not have a tomorrow, so take your vacation. Stay forever like I did when I left cold Ohio.
