Thank you for going this far in your search. I have always liked bikes and now have a few for your use.

Even though I live in Minneapolis MN I have found it reasonable to be a long distance manager. A number of independent contractors clean and fix and as all guests would tell you I ask them to point out things they see that need attention. And from time to time a relative visits and my wife and I visit throughout the year to mend and replace items as need be.

I talk to all stateside guests prior to any agreement. My goal is that you want to come back.
