Hi, I'm Jay!
Bill and I have lived in Wilmington for 26 years, and bought the condo in 2002. We lived there for almost 2 years while building a new house in Wilmington, and loved Carolina Beach. Bill is retired Air Force, and I dabble in arts and crafts. We are fully retired, and manage the condo ourselves. We enjoy meeting our guests, and introducing them to the area.
