Marta and I live in S.W Florida. Our stays are geared at enjoying the villa and the Florida weather and to tweak things to make the villa better than before. About 50% of our bookings are returning guests or referrals. Our strategy is to re-invest a significant percentage of our booking revenue back into the villa every year. We key in on both big projects and a host of little things/ items that need our attention each year. I love gardening and the outdoors, so I always "play" in the gardens with the intent to create a true "Florida home look". The pool and spa area, fishing pier are two of my favorite areas. Marta and I enjoy the fact that we are in a country setting with unlimited choices of dining places up and down Rt 41 and only a 5 minute drive from the beaches behind our villa, Disney Park is a 1.5 hours away, we are close to three major airports ( Tampa, Fort Meyers and Sarasota).
