My husband and I purchased our Kona Isle property many years ago as we absolutely fell in love with the beautiful landscaping, friendly folks, and the aloha of the area. I am a retired CPA and Jack is retired power company employee. We currently use this 2nd floor unit as a rental as due to aged knees it was bettter for us on the ground floor. But we still have fond memories remodeling and decorating the condo to make it our own. We spend the winter months at Kona Isle also.
