Hi, I'm George!

My wife and I had been vacationing on the cape for many years so purchasing this cottage was a no brainer. Having a place on a lake and only minutes from the ocean and Cape Cod Bay is very enjoyable. We often go kayaking and take advantage of the many hiking trails nearby. Some of our favorite places to eat include the Portuguese bakery in Provincetown (meat pies and cod fish croquettes), JP's in Wellfleet, the Orleans Inn (great waterview dining) and Poits (fried clams) and Arnolds (try the onion rings) in Eastham. There are plenty of places to fish including our own lake and if you like fresh clams you can try clamming (need a shell fish permit) on the bay at low tide. Try seeing the sunset at Rock Harbor.
