Hana Palms Bungalow
January 25, 2013
Note the name of the place we stayed is different from the name listed here.Hana Palms was a beautiful, quaint, artful, clean, comfortable stay, surrounded by an acre of tropical plants. The house sits to the back of the property far from the road. There is a distant ocean view and a short walk across a field to gorgeous venus pool. The landlord was very gracious, bringing us fresh picked bananas twice. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend staying here. Hana is a quiet laid back little town with lots of scenic adventures. We enjoyed eating at the roadside stands for fresh and delicious food at affordable prices. Don't let the road scare you. Maybe we just hit it right, but we didn't have any trouble either way, and my daughter has motion sickness. We picked up the cd in Paia. It added a lot to our journey by letting us know what was coming up next, what to look for and some background information. It feaures some wonderful Hawiian music between stops. We took our time and explored everything. It's worth it. Call Rebecca at 800-327-8097.
