Hi, I'm Joseph!

I've been spending Winters in South Florida for the past 10 years. In addition to the Coral Springs Condo I have a single family home in the area as well where I spend my Winters. Many family, friends and colleagues ask to use the condo. That's why I bought the house so I could have some peace and quiet! When the condo is unoccupied I offer it to the public. I looked at several others before I bought this particular condo. What sold me on it was that it sits directly opposite a pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. I can walk out my door in my swimming suit and be in the pool in less than a minute. I put a lot of work into the condo and take pride in it's condition. And I'm pretty fussy about keeping it that way so I ask that my guests treat it as if it were their own. Coral Springs is great community with every possible amenity. From Walmart and Aldi's supermarkets to high end shows and dining. And it's all within a short drive of the condo. If you're a beach lover the ocean is about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic) East on Sample Road. The Seminole Coconut Creek Casino, the world's largest Flea Market and Butterfly World are all less than a 10 minute drive. Other nearby attractions include the Everglades National Park and Sawgrass Mills Mall, the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, with more than 350 stores. It's a great area with lots to do and see. You won't be disappointed.
