Great family destination

“ Excellent ”
July 21, 2015
We spent 5 days at Bray's Point in July for an extended family/friends get together and memorial gathering--it was perfect for us. The extra parking was a definite plus for all our vehicles.Layout of the house was great --huge open living area; dining seating for lots of people and room to move around and mingle with everyone. Huge private fenced back yard to hang out in and enjoy our crab feast one evening --or course, we did s'mores the night we used the fire pit. Brought along our own firewood. Nice big propane bbq in the garage which got a lot of use; we did a lot of cooking there and in the kitchen well stocked with all kinds of pots and pans and appliances. Slept lots of people comfortably; one shower only but it was really a fantastic walk-in with access to both the master bedroom and the hallway and was not a problem to stagger people showering--tons of towels and supplies. Our older group loved the level access and only a few steps down to the big white sandy beach that stretched for miles in both directions. Unusual for most of us native Oregonians, the weather was perfect! Sunny every day--enough wind for kite flying and to keep us comfortable. The huge fenced back yard looking over the ocean worked out great for the dogs--plenty of room for them when they weren't going for runs on the beach. Another plus was communicating with Albert by email was so easy and positive; any questions got answered promptly before we ever arrived at the house. If we ever have an occasion to need a large gathering place again, this would definitely be our first choice. We had a wonderful time.
