My husband, Bill, and I recently retired. We are in our mid 60's and trying to relax a little more. The old fish camp with its quaint cottages and old marina is a labor of love for us. (Actually, Bill says it is more labor and less love.) The fish camp was owned by my parents but after their passing we wanted to preserve its history and keep the land in our family. So, we fixed up the cottages and we rent the two smaller ones short term and the two larger ones full time. We usually stay weekends in the front cottage. My brother, Jim (a retired police captain) and his wife, Judy, renovated my parents' old home next door to the fishcamp and they look after things while we are in St. Petersburg. We love meeting all our guests and enjoy learning from and about them.
