Great Family Get Away!

“ Excellent ”
September 16, 2013
After reviewing and considering a lot of properties in the area, I settled on this condo and I have only one regret: my family of 4 (including two teenage girls and a dog) had a wonderful 4 day vacation and our only regret was that we couldn't spend the entire week there. The condo was extremely conveniently situated, near North Conway and Jackson and we were minutes away from excellent restaurants, shopping and hiking (or skiing, if it had been winter) and Storyland is just down the street. After a whole day of hiking, one evening we brought fabulous pizza for for dinner and then went to the clubhouse just down the hill for a soak in the hot tub. Great fun!! The owner mentioned membership in another nearby club but we didn't see any reason to go there, as the one near us had indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, wii and atari room, library, etc.The condo is very comfortable: I've never been in one so well stocked and everything you need is there - truly. You bring your clothes and that is it. The owner gave us great directions and instructions and I'm sure if we asked would have given us recommendations on places to eat and things to do if we had needed, which we didn't. For a small family with same sex siblings it is the perfect size - my girls shared a bedroom yet they had their own bathroom - ideal! Over 4 people you need to use the pull out couch in the living room which we fortunately didn't need. Be warned that the beds are very firm, so if you like a soft bed you may be a bit disappointed, but it is extremely quiet there and we were very tired after our hiking (and shopping) so we slept like babies. I also loved that we could bring our dog and after seeing the owner's leash hanging up, we felt like we were with kindred spirits. Place was very clean when we arrived!Nothing bad to say and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!
