Hi, I'm Julie!

A mother, a grandmother and no stranger to the music business. I've homeschooled my kids and enjoyed this area for more than 26 years! I love shabby chic and enjoy visiting and decorating with finds from our fabulous Nashville Flea Market.
This cottage is as solid as a rock, and if a place can have a "great vibe", this one does. I have had girlfriends over there, we sit, sip a glass of wine and solve the world's problems while watching the beautiful sunset. Sometimes, someone brings out a guitar and we sing along. We are so blessed to have fun things close by, a restaurant with live music and the BEST burgers and fries, a BBQ place voted #2 in the nation by Vanity Fair Magazine! If you are an active person, there is canoeing, zip lining, hiking, fishing all within a couple of miles. There are horse shows within a few miles every Friday night, antique shopping and cute downtown in Dickson, Tn (20 min). We are close enough to everything, but it feels as if you've driven hours away to get such beauty, peace and quiet! I love it here and it is truly and exceptional property. I am very saavy about anything you might want to see while your here, whether it's music, historical venues, food etc. and am happy to share where to go, discounts available, etc. I lived in the Nashville area for over 40 years, so please, feel free to use my experience and knowledge to make your visit even better!

Here is my property:

Welcome! Looks like a beautiful sunset coming!

Cozy retreat away from it all

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week at the beginning of hockey season so that we could attend Predators games and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We brought our senior German shepherd and were able to spend quality time with him outside playing fetch. We enjoyed the gazebo and firepit on the cool nights and the house was very comfortable. Julie was extremely friendly and fast to answer any questions we had. We've been going to Nashville for years and have grown to love the city and surrounding areas. Kingston Springs is a very pretty area and we loved being away from it all, but close enough that it was easy getting anywhere we wanted to go.
