Hi, I'm Irene!

Hi, My name is Irene and my husband is Rick. We moved to Blacklake upon
retirement in 1995. We had one condo that we used as a second home while our kids were at Cal Poly we liked it so much, we retired here and ended up with more condos since they were in demand for short term rentals. Nipomo is a wonderful place and the weather could not be nicer
.We have four condos all on the 9th fairway of the Lakes Course...close
together. one small condo and three large ones. All are within steps
to the clubhouse and driving range and first tee. Bar and grill is open for
lunch each day. Discounts are available for our guests. We will make
tee times for you at Blacklake/Avila or at nearby coursesjust ask.
We will recommend good restaurants, wineries, shopping, etc. Some of
our guests have been coming back for 18 years and stay a month. Two of our
condos are pet friendly.
