Hi, I'm Carol!

Although retired after 30 years working for the State of Alaska, I am young enough to have kids in college, don't mind the flight from Juneau to Sanibel numerous times a year, and have a great love of the outdoors. When in Juneau, I hike, ski, ice skate winters, and garden under the midnight sun in the summer. Life is full of adventure. Sanibel warms my bones, relaxes my mind, and affords me the wonderful opportunity of experiencing beach/sun/shelling/freshwater pool and time to sit on the lanai at night and read. Juneau is located in a rain forest so Sanibel with sunrises to watch every morning, awesome sunsets and just being able to walk on the beach early to look at what washed up overnight is an experience I love.

I’ve been active owner, marketed multiple properties at Sandalfoot for many years, and I love to share Beachfront 1D3 and Gulf View 2D3 with my guests. Decorating in tropical beach decor and ensuring my guests have everything for a relaxing and fun stay is my goal. We feel blessed when staying in 1D3 and 2D3 and listening to the relaxing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, lightly breaking waves, seagulls, and enjoy gentle breezes.
