I'm a beach lover and owning a place on the ocean was on my dream board and bucket list for many years. That happened for us in 2009 when we visited and fell in love with Puerto Rico! Right now, we are only able to spend about 6 weeks a year at our beautiful place. It gives us a lot of satisfaction to share our place with other ocean lovers and allow them to experience this enchanted island.
We also share our second home in the San Bernardino mountains which we bought in 2004 to escape the brutal Las Vegas summers. It works out great because we enjoy our summers there and then allow all the ski and winter sport enthusiasts to take advantage of our place during the winter months.
