Hi, I'm Terry!

My husband and I are retired. The cottage is located on our property and was originally a mother-in-law cottage until she had to go into an assisted living facility about 10 years ago. The house and cottage are located about 1/4 mile off the main road.

Lake Thonotosassa is the largest lake in Hillsborough County, Florida measuring 800 acres. We have lived here for 40 years and raised our children and grandchildren here. It can be a busy lake in the summer with ski boats, jet skis and fishermen.

The property is wooded with large Oak trees, a large magnolia and many pines. We love the location because we have a rural atmosphere but also have neighbors. We are centrally located to Tampa, Plant City, Brandon, Lakeland and other nearby communities.
