Hi, I'm Gerald!

Hello,

My name is Jerry. I am retired and I have been a Michigan resident, living in the metropolitan Detroit area all of my life. I like to vacation in Venice Florida and would to live there permanently. Due to family ties, however, I keep my permanent residence in Michigan.

After my wife and I purchased our first rental condominium, we've been going back to vacation in Venice often. As our family grew, we found Venice Florida to be the perfect place to take our kids and grandchildren. None of us could get enough of the golden, sandy beach. We always had fun swimming, sunning, shelling, fishing, golfing, and searching for prehistoric shark teeth on our beachfront. As years passed, my sons and I purchased five additional villas that we all could enjoy while we vacationed together. We trust that you'll enjoy our villas just as much as we do.

Venice Florida has so much to offer to its residents and visitors. You can enjoy golfing, tennis, fishing, dining, shopping, or just relaxing on the beach. There are three great locations to fish in Venice - the Venice Municipal Fishing Pier, the north or south Jetty, or on our beachfront. There are also seven public golf courses in the Venice area to to test your skill at. Public tennis courts are located at the west end of the Venice Island downtown shopping district. Shopping on Venice Avenue at the unique shops and boutiques is always a favorite pastime. My favorite restaurant in Venice is Sharky's on the Pier. Sharky's has superb view of the Gulf of Mexico and offers great food, drinks, and nightly entertainment.

I enjoy meeting people all of the time by leasing out our Venice Florida vacation rental condos. Since this is a full time endeavor for me, I am continually answering our guest's rental inquiries and taking reservations, either online on the internet, or by telephone.
