Hi, I'm Rick!

My wife and I bought our Condo in August of 2008. The building was completed in 2004, and the initial owners of our unit were a group of investors. When we purchased no one had ever lived in the unit, so it was still brand new. Unfortunately in May of 2009 we relocated to the western suburbs of Chicago for a new job, and had to leave of home. We try to spend several weeks a year there, but also want to defray some of our costs with a seasonal renter.
