Hi, we're Matt & Evelyn!

I'm Matt, the homeowner, and I originally hail from Michigan. After being raised and going to school there, I flocked to Tucson for work but mostly because the weather is...well...wonderful!

In 2003, I purchased this property and remodeled it from top to bottom including the backyard. It was quite an undertaking! This home is near and dear to my heart because it is my first. I thoroughly enjoyed living here and delight in sharing it.

After moving to another home in Tucson and upon the recommendation of my friend and assistant, Evelyn, we made a vacation rental of the home in January 2010. Like this I can continue to share my creation with others who want to enjoy coming "home" while away from their own home.
