I am a veterinarian. I used to work with a big pharmaceutical company in research and development. I changed my career when the housing market collapsed and I became a real estate investor. This was the first property I bought. I enjoyed decorating it and managing it for rental to tourists. I get to know some of my renters and became friends with them.
