We love staying at our Cocoa Beach Club condo. We have owned our unit for 20 years, and travel from central Illinois for a week or two get-away 3 or 4 times a year. We are direct ocean and litterly a football field away from the Cocoa Beach Pier. The Pier is huge. Has 4 resturants, 3 bars, 3 shops, and a Tki bar at the end where you can fish. Life guards on beach where you can surf, swin, or board in ocean. Condo also has a large heated pool. Going south on beach, Ron Jon's is a short walk with lots of shopping. You can spend the whole day without getting into your car. 4 miles north is Port Canaveral, where you can watch the cruise ships leave around 4 - 6 pm daily. Downtown Cocoa Beach is 3 miles south. This is a fun place.
