I stayed at this home for almost 2 weeks with my family. There was 8 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room. The Solana resort is fabulous and being immediately across the street from the clubhouse and amenities was perfect. The resort offers activities every day and we were there for the easter egg hunt where they dropped hundreds of eggs on the soccer field, the Easter Bunny was there, and they gave out these awesome do-it-yourself face paints for the kids. The house is 15 miles from Disney and 20 miles from Universal, so its reasonably close to the action but is in a quiet area that is close to necessities like grocery stores, drug stores, etc. It's about 5 miles from a good selection of restaurants. The house was clean upon arrival with plenty of towels and the wireless network was strong. The lanai area looks to be the biggest on the block and gets the sun all day until early evening. I did not give 5 stars because the carpets are somewhat stained (although clean), and the kitchen could do with some additional supplies like cutlery. We did have an issue with the pool heat that could not get fixed for 5 days due to the Easter holiday, but the owner did agree to refund the heat for those days. We were also interrogated by the gate when we arrived, so if you rent, be sure to have a copy of your rental agreement printed with you upon arrival.Overall, we had the best vacation and the house satisfied our needs. I have already recommended it to a friend and should we return to Orlando again, we would come back to this house.
