We are running running this vacation rental for the last one year. We are committed to provide an excellent service to our customers and at the same time we try to keep our prices low all the time. The major expense for running this rental is the cleaning and inspection charges which is approximately $120 USD per customer. We will be able to provide better deals if your stay length is week or more. Some time we do provide last minute deals to sell the vacant slots.
