Hi, I'm Adam!

I am a Penn State alumnus and avid hometown sports fan hoping to create memorable weekends for those traveling or returning to Happy Valley.

The house is located just south of State College in the historic little town of Boalsburg, offering easy highway access for quick travel to and from the University. Whether barbecuing on the deck, sitting poolside, or relaxing by the fire pit, my home offers a relaxing atmosphere on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Just a mile-and-a-half down the road is Kelly's Steak and Seafood restaurant and bar, a local award-wining favorite.

Best regards,

Here is my property:

We stayed at Mr. Wetzel's home recently and had a wonderful experience. The price was very reasonable and the owner did a great job preparing the house for our stay. My wife and I loved the layout of the house and it's location which allowed for easy access to downtown and the campus. Our kids loved the pool and being so near a wonderful state park. The owner was very easy to communicate with and it was so nice to walk into an immaculately clean home when he got into town on Friday evening. The last few homes we've rented in State College were very disappointing, so we definitely plan on renting Mr. Wetzel's home again on our next visit this fall.
