I am a retired high school history teacher from Long Island. We moved to Leland, NC in 2009 after I retired. I am the original owner of this condo since it was built in 1984 and I have served continuously as the President of the Coral Surf Homeowner's Association for the past 23 years. I have been renting my unit on my own for the past three years and I can be found on these additional
