Hi, I'm Gretchen!

My name is Gretchen and this was my primary home since 1999. I loved living in the Desert and loved this home, but I wanted to be closer to family and friends, so I moved back to where I grew up. I still frequent the Desert and spend time at the house several times a year. I have enjoyed lovingly restoring the home and contine to invest in new home projects every year. It's not an extravigant home, but it is a wonderful residence for those wanting to get away from those cold winters to relax and enjoy Beautiful Palm Desert.
